Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Before proceeding, please read the following terms carefully.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
1. Inquiry & Quote
• Send a request including references, poses, expressions, background, and any other specifics.
2. Approval & Invoice
• I’ll confirm the details, give a time frame, and provide a quote
3. Payment
• Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to begin.
4. Sketch & Revisions
• You’ll receive a rough sketch. Minor revisions are included at this stage.
5. Final Artwork
• Once the sketch is approved, I’ll complete the piece and send a low-res preview for final approval.
6. Delivery
• After full payment and approval, you’ll receive the high-resolution file digitally (PNG/JPG, 300 DPI).
Estimated turnaround: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity and current queue.

• Accepted Methods: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Ko-fi, or Shopify
Refund Policy:
• Full refund if I haven’t started the artwork.
• Partial refund if sketch has already been approved
• No refunds once the final artwork is completed and delivered.

Artist Rights:
• I retain all rights to the artwork.
• I may post the artwork on social media, in my portfolio, or in promotional materials if both parties agree.
Client Rights:
• You may use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints).
• You may not alter, resell, or claim the artwork as your own.
• For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding), a commercial license must be negotiated and purchased.
• Please credit me (@emw.jpg) when sharing the commissioned work :)
